Return to School Update Friday 5th June 2020

Return to School Update Friday 5th June 2020

Dear Parents / Carers,

I wish to Congratulate our wonderful Foundation and Junior children and their families for all the magnificent support during our transition back to school these past two weeks, particularly during arrival and dismissal times!!

Parents and carers have been extremely patient, calm and supportive as our children arrived in the mornings and exited at the end of the day. THANK YOU!

We are so PROUD of how our children walk independently to their home groups in the mornings and get themselves organised and ready for each day! Well done to all our Foundation and Junior boys and girls!

As our Grade 3-6 children return to school next week we realise that we will have additional traffic flow and increased congestion issues. Therefore, I appeal to all parents and carers to adhere to the staggered start and end of day pick up times. I ask that you continue to  remain patient and calm as you drop off and pick up your children during these new arrangements, so we can ensure all children enter and leave the school safely.

NB: New Safety Protocol
Please note that as a safety procedure we are sectioning off a few carpark bays with bollards near the Blue and Yellow carpark gates. Children will wait to be picked up within these areas. As children are picked up, other children waiting will move into the area ready to be picked up.
Please find attached information regarding our Return to School arrangements for children in Grades 3-6 on Tuesday 9th June. I acknowledge there is a lot of information to share but I ask that you take the time to read and familiarise yourself with the processes, procedures and information provided.

We look forward to welcoming all our children back to school next week!

Hope you enjoy the long weekend!

Stay well and stay safe!
Kind regards,
Linda
